The journey of our organization began in 2007 when Late Shri Ishwarbhai J. Italiya founded an embroidery unit with a vision of creating a lasting impact in the textile industry. Driven by determination and entrepreneurial spirit, the business expanded in 2011 under the name Italiya Impex, entering the textile machinery import sector while also diversifying into real estate ventures.
Following the unfortunate demise of Shri Ishwarbhai J. Italiya in 2019, the legacy was proudly carried forward by his son, Mr. Akash Italiya. With a commitment to honoring his father’s vision, he restructured the organization under the name IJ WORLDWIDE—representing Ishwar Jetha & Son’s Co.
In 2021, IJ WORLDWIDE ventured into exports with fresh fruits and vegetables. Despite facing significant challenges and setbacks, the company remained resilient and continuously sought new opportunities. In 2022, Mr. Akash Italiya made a strategic decision to enter the Polyester and Nylon Yarn export industry.

Building on this success, the company acquired a yarn texturizing factory in Silvassa, further strengthening its presence in the textile value chain. Recognizing the increasing demand for quality fabrics in international markets, Mr. Akash Italiya founded Ananta Air Weavers Pvt. Ltd. in April 2025 at Pipodara, near Surat, Gujarat.
